I build quality decks at the best price around. I don’t want any money up front for labor, pay me cash at the end of the day after you have seen my work. You buy all the materials (from a materials list we agree on) and have them delivered, I will come in and build it. I estimate the labor by how many days I think it will take to complete,, if I'm wrong the extra time is on me as long as nothing else was added from our original agreement.
